Middlebury School in Japan organizes a two-week language intensive program prior to ICU\u2019s official Matriculation Ceremony. Please note that the arrival date for the participants of Middlebury School in Japan is different from the ones that are announced by ICU, and make sure to check the Middlebury\u2019s arrival date BEFORE you purchase your plane tickets.<\/p>\n
If you are arriving in September:<\/p>\n
All students will stay in Yokoze Town in Saitama Prefecture (http:\/\/www.town.yokoze.saitama.jp<\/a>) for a week before moving into one\u2019s on-campus dormitory on the day that is announced by the ICU Housing Office. (Dormitories will have different arrival dates each year.)<\/p>\n If you are arriving in March:<\/p>\n All students will stay in Soni Village in Nara Prefecture (https:\/\/sonimura.com\/en\/<\/a>) for a week before moving into one\u2019s on-campus dormitory on the day that is announced by the ICU Housing Office. (Dormitories will have different arrival dates each year.)<\/p>\n Our staff members will be at the airport on the official arrival day to assist you in your transition from the airport to your destination. Please keep in mind that the check-in time of the ICU Dialogue House is 10 am to 4 pm, and you are required to attend a dorm orientation on that day.<\/p>\n
