BEFORE you leave the U.S., you should discuss with your family and friends a plan for getting more money during the program. We strongly encourage you to have plans to rely on several sources of money: ATM/debit card, credit card (Mastercard or Visa), and cash.  Check Western Union for details and service fees, credit cards, and ATM daily limits and availability.
