Transportation from the Airport to Campus

Students will stay one night at a hotel near the airport on the day of arrival (pre-arranged by the staff) and then go directly to the arrival orientation site (Yokoze Town in the Fall / Soni Village in the Spring) from Narita or Haneda Airport. Students and on-site staff will stay there for approximately ten days.

It is strongly recommended that students set aside clothes, toiletries, and daily necessities for the orientation period and pack them in a smaller suitcase. School in Japan staff will assist students in sending their larger luggage to ICU, so there is no need to carry heavy bags to the orientation site.
