Working in Spain

A foreigner may not work in Spain without a work permit, and ordinarily a work permit is not issued by the Spanish government in any instance when a foreigner is seeking to fill a position for which EU citizens are qualified and available. In light of this, students are urged not to go to Spain with the hope of finding paid work.
